The first conversation should be simple. Share a general description of your business and its records—not the records themselves.

When you visit this website

This website does not have account registration, a contact-form database, file uploads or advertising trackers. We have not added analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

When you contact David

Email links open your email application. Sending a message shares your email address and the information you choose to include. Birchfield Data uses that information to respond, understand your inquiry and discuss potential next steps. Email and hosting providers process information needed to provide their services.

Please do not include confidential documents, personal datasets, client materials, credentials or other sensitive files in an initial inquiry.

Before an introduction

We ask for permission before introducing a company to a prospective buyer, identifying the recipient and purpose. A later review or transfer of records would require a separately agreed process. An inquiry does not authorize the licensing or sharing of your company’s underlying records.

Questions about your information

Contact david@birchfielddata.com with questions about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion. We will explain what information is held and any applicable retention obligations when responding.
